Service Description

Utilizing the healing power of geo-thermal therapy, hot and cold stoner therapy can deeply penetrate and affect the body's systems. This allows me to work more efficiently, and more optimally, to release muscle tension, assist in pain management, and promote overall wellness. The magic happens in the alternating between heated and chilled stones. This encourages increased blood flow through the muscle tissues to flush away toxins, and it triggers the body's self healing mechanisms. Primarily, as a massage therapist, we work to achieve homeostasis in the parasympathetic nervous system. When triggered, it puts the body in the 'parasympathetic state' which controls the body's ability to relax. This state dramatically affects all the other systems in the body triggering a chemical reaction to promote deep relaxation and inner peace in what is known as the 'rest and digest' state. This is as full body session, that is fully customizeable to your specifics needs!

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at minimum 24hr prior to your appointment time to avoid cancellation fees. If canceled within 24hr you will be charged 50% the cost of your service. If no show, you will be charged 100% cost of service. Thank you for your understanding!
